Purchased new locks including black compression locks for my new caravan. Emailed off some pictures and received a quote same day. Kit arrived as I decided to to give installation a go myself.
After watching an installation video the process was straight forward and easy to do in about 35 minutes. Am so happy to be getting rid of the key ring full of keys and improving the look with the black compression locks.

The instructional videos made the DIY installation very straightforward. I was able to replace our door lock, water tank caps and five Thetford hatch locks in about 45 minutes.

Our turnaround time for orders and shipping is approximately 1 week. We use Australia Post as our shipping carrier and delivery standard is 3 - 7 days.
Our shipping fee is based on weight of your order. Once the order is shipped you will receive tracking information via email (provided you have entered an email on check out for online purchases).
For express shipping options - please speak with the office team at The 1Key Company.
We offer refund and/or exchange if the product/s you have received does not fit with your Caravan. We ask that you take care in choosing your product/s as they are custom assembled to your Caravan and keycode (for additional products). If you are unsure, please speak with our team prior to your purchase.
For change of mind, we do charge a restocking fee of $50 plus freight – to cover the cost of making the items originally chosen for purchase (valid within 1 month of purchase).
Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return shipping at the cost of the customer.
Default 6 keys for the 1Key System.
2 Keys for the TALON System.
The 1Key Company keeps a secure record of your key code number and replacement keys are available for the 1Key System at $5 each (plus shipping).
For TALON replacement keys are $35 and identification checks are required as this is a high-security key.
