Kits are processed within 2–3 days once payment is received, then shipped.
Shipping time depends on your location and Australia Post, but delivery is typically within the same week.
Our shipping fee is based on weight of your order. Once the order is shipped you will receive tracking information via email (provided you have entered an email on check out for online purchases).
NOTE: We do our best to communicate with you if we have had a surge in orders or stock shortages etc.
We ask that you take care in choosing your product/s as they are custom assembled to your Caravan and keycode (for additional products). If you are unsure, please speak with our team prior to your purchase.
For change of mind, we do charge a restocking fee of $50 plus freight – to cover the cost of making the items originally chosen for purchase (valid within 1 month of purchase).
Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return shipping at the cost of the customer.
We offer a refund if the product is faulty. Please report any issues asap.

stainless steel pins, a solid one-piece machined brass body, and a
high-security BiLock cylinder – built to resist picking and drilling, and

system is fully expandable, meaning once you’ve got your first
lock, you can add locks for your hitch, coupling, padlocks, toolboxes, MAXTRAX,

This is for NEW locking systems only. No additional keys are supplied for existing systems thats are adding on - unless purchased at $5 for 1Key / Key or $35 for TALON / Key.
The 1Key Company keeps a secure record of your key code number and replacement keys are available for the 1Key System at $5 each (plus shipping).
For TALON replacement keys are $35 and identification checks are required as this is a high-security key.
We no longer attend caravan shows. Instead, we work closely with our trusted partners who showcase the 1Key range at events around Australia. Over time, our business has shifted to majority online – where customers can easily watch and rewatch product videos, explore detailed information, and reach out with questions anytime. This approach lets us support customers more efficiently and consistently.
It’s similar to asking the average price of a car - it depends on the make, model, year, and features. Caravans are the same. The cost of a 1Key System depends on how many locks you have and the types of locks we can swap onto a 1Key Caravan system. Prices can range from $200 to $2,000. The best way to get an accurate figure is to request a quote using the quote process on our homepage.
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand, so travelling is no problem. If you know your next stop, we can send your order to the caravan park you’re staying at, a friend’s address, or a parcel locker. Just tell us where you’ll be, and we’ll get it to you. Or we can call you when goods are ready for dispatch to find out best delivery address. Express shipping is also available if you need it faster.
No your caravan key can’t be placed on a TALON key system because the two key types use different technologies. The TALON BiLock key is a high-security, restricted double-bladed key with two independent rows of pin tumblers for superior protection. The 1Key Caravan system uses a single-blade key. You’ll carry a Black 1Key and a Pink TALON key – Both fit for purpose based on security along with the size of the blade and the application it is going into.
Yes, this is exactly how the system is designed to work. TALON is built to ‘add on’ as your needs grow. When purchasing additional TALON products online, simply enter your existing XLT number in the designated field at checkout, and we will key your new locks alike for you. Note no additional keys will be supplied. You can order these online if you require additional at. $35 / key. Purchase here
The easiest way is to check the technical drawing on the product page for each hitch lock and measure your current hitch pin. This will tell you whether you need the standard or extended length.
We partner exclusively with dealerships and experienced caravan repairers for our 1Key Caravan system. Because each setup is customised to suit the individual rig, every installation requires a unique quote. For this reason, the 1Key Caravan system isn’t suited to traditional reselling or holding stock on a shelf. Our TALON product range is sold direct-to-market solely through The 1Key Company. We don’t offer any wholesale or reseller partnerships forTALON for the same reason it is heavily customised to suit what the customer needs.

- Type and number of locks (take photos of each lock — for toolbox locks, provide an image under the weather cover)

Email our team at office@1keyco.com with the information you collected from Step 1.

- Include your best contact number in case we need to clarify anything.
STEP THREE
Sit back and relax — we’ll get back to you within 2 business days with your quote and the next steps.
For TALON - all products are available for direct purchase through the online shop.
If your locks are currently locked, you’ll need a locksmith to help you gain access. You can also try sourcing a generic replacement key online or reaching out to your caravan manufacturer. We don’t offer one-off key replacements for standard caravan locks. What we do offer is a full upgrade to the 1Key System, where every lock is keyed alike. If your locks are open, you’re welcome to follow our quote process to get started. And here’s the beauty of being on a 1Key System: if you ever lose your key again, we can replace it quickly and without the usual caravan-key circus.
